Bailey Builders offers more than 18 years of carpentry and construction experience to the counties of Northeast Georgia. We are equipped to remodel existing spaces and build new ones, offering expert advice and the design resources you need to add your personal touch to any space.
Jake Bailey, Owner
Jake began his work in construction and carpentry at age 16. Since then, he has immersed himself in the trade, from real estate investments to whole house builds, shoe molding to five-piece crown. Jake continues developing his craft here at Bailey Builders.

CONSULTATION
Your initial consultation is scheduled at your convenience at no cost. You will receive a quote detailing the requested services and an estimated project price. Referrals available upon request.
DESIGN AGREEMENT
Like what you see? A design agreement will be drawn up, establishing a period of detailed project planning. A design agreement fee covers additional consultation and CAD design where relevant. Should you decide to move forward with Bailey Builders, the design fee will count toward the project price.
